What is Corrective Chiropractic and why is it for me?

Most people can relate to this sequence of events: one day you turn wrong and suddenly pain shoots
through your spine. You go to the chiropractor who adjusts and after a few visits you feel fine and go on
your way. All is well until the next time you move wrong, and you go through the sequence again. This is
called relief care it’s focused on helping people get out of immediate pain.

To address the structural and alignment issues that lead to pain and malfunction, we offer Corrective
Chiropractic Care.

Corrective Chiropractic was advanced by Dr. Goode’s mentor, Dr Don Harrison, who named his methods
Chiropractic Biophysics or CBP.

CBP is a highly advanced, scientific, and research-based chiropractic technique that both corrects and
restores your spine back to alignment, removing pain at its source.

CBP combines physics, biology, geometry, anatomy, and Physiology, to find the root cause of a variety of
altered health conditions including loss of mobility, pain, and discomfort. This means treatment
programs and diagnosis are based in sound chiropractic and scientific principles.

Corrective Chiropractic starts with a scientifically based exam of Nerve System function, posture, and
spinal alignment using computerized posture assessment and X-rays to determine the cause of
malfunction. A plan of care is then individually designed that usually includes mirror Mirror-image
adjusting, exercises, and a spinal remodeling program to get people back on the road to better health.
This is far from a passive process! Dr. Goode will do his part and will recommend ways for you actively
aid in the process with modifications to daily activities, individualized nutrition recommendations, plus
exercises and stretches. This work reinforces and maintains the structural and movement improvements
that restore both function and vibrant health.
